Special Heavy Thickness Feeler Gages

We stock heavy thickness feeler gages in 1/2 inch wide by 12 inch long blades, in .001" increments, .041" to .125" thick for immediate shipment.

Because we finish grind each blade to size, we are able to offer "in between" sizes in .0001" increments, such as .0563", as a special order, available with a quick turnaround. The standard tolerance is +/-.0005 inch (+/-.0127mm).

The special gages in this thicker size range are made from our stock raw material, which is the finest quality high carbon steel. This material provides stable accuracy and superior wear resistance.

All gages are permanently marked with the thickness for easy identification. Each package is also marked with the type of material and the thickness.

Each 12" blade is enclosed in a vinyl sleeve. Standard packaging is 6 blades per box.

Other Special Sizes

Using a variety of steels, we provide ground gages and shims up to 24 inches long. Hardened and ground tool steel gages can be produced to your specifications. Special stainless steel gages are also available.
