Stock Metric Feeler Gages

When the application calls for metric feeler gage to measure clearances or as shims to accurately set spacing, our standard metric feeler gage is available in 12.7mm (1/2 inch) width. We offer them in 300mm (12 inch) strips and in 7.62 m (25 foot) coils.

Our blades are made of the finest quality high carbon steel. This material provides stable accuracy and superior wear resistance.

All material is permanently marked with the thickness for easy identification. Each package is also marked with the material type and the thickness.

Our 300mm (12") strips are available up to 3mm thick. Sizes between 1mm and 3mm are custom ground, and can be made to any thickness you require. Our standard tolerance is +/-.0127mm (+/-.0005 inch).

Each 300mm (12") blade is enclosed in a vinyl sleeve. Standard packaging is 12 blades per box.

The 7.62m (25') coils, in sizes .5mm and thinner, are each presented in a reusable, clear, round, plastic container. In sizes over .5mm thick, the coils are packaged directly into the box without the plastic container. Standard packaging is one coil per box.
